Active Self Assessment sebagai Strategi Pembelajaran Reflektif yang Efektif

Pembelajaran abad ke-21 menuntut siswa untuk tidak hanya memahami materi, tetapi juga mampu merefleksikan proses belajarnya secara mandiri. Salah satu pendekatan yang mendukung pembelajaran reflektif adalah Active Self Assessment, yaitu strategi yang mendorong siswa menilai pemahaman dan kinerja belajarnya secara aktif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas strategi Active Self Assessment dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kemampuan reflektif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen yang melibatkan 60 siswa SMA yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes hasil belajar dan skala reflektif yang telah divalidasi. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t dan penghitungan effect size untuk melihat signifikansi dan kekuatan pengaruh strategi yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan signifikan baik dalam hasil belajar maupun skor refleksi diri dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Nilai effect size pada kedua variabel menunjukkan kategori besar, yang menandakan bahwa strategi ini memiliki pengaruh praktis yang kuat terhadap kualitas pembelajaran siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi Active Self Assessment efektif diterapkan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran reflektif yang mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan kognitif dan metakognitif siswa. Temuan ini menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan pembelajaran yang lebih memberdayakan siswa dan berorientasi pada refleksi diri secara berkelanjutan. Dari penelitian ini terletak pada penggabungan sistematis antara penilaian diri aktif dan proses refleksi dalam kerangka pembelajaran terstruktur, yang belum banyak diterapkan dalam praktik pendidikan formal di Indonesia.
